Tobacco, drug dealers, illegal drugs, tattoos, piercings outside the ears, liars, auto-tune, modern mainstream wannabees, people that drink underage, ugly females, etc.
Bad boys. I know a lot of girls dig bad boys, but all I see is drama which I don't like. And guys who have parts of their whole body covered in tattoos. It looks trashy.
Smokers, drinking frequently, spoiled by their parents, expect me to pay for everything, overly fat (a little chubbyness is fine though), overly skinny, and bad teeth
- Eat or drink loudly (tbh, I'd probably try something casual if she were good looking).
- Think I need to change my lifestyle in a few key points: diet (i.e. not eating meat, gtfo), games (gtfo), drinking (gtfo) and going out with friends and ignoring her during that time (I honestly believe both parts of a couple should have friends that aren't a part of their relationship).
There are the commonsense ones, like being ugly, fat, having greasy hair, etc.
Tattoos and Piercings (ear is fine, but thats it) Fat (shows that someone is lazy and does not care about themselves. Hell, I dislike fat individuals from both genders in general) Very Short Hair Boring Personality, someone who cant have fun or is just uninteresting. Drinks and Parties too much - I am kind of being hypocritical here considering I drink and party on a weekly basis (at least once), but I would never data a girl who drinks and parties a lot again, way too much crap that can go wrong.
No sense of humor. I don't really have a problem with those who smoke as long as they're clean. Not mature enough to maintain a conversation about anything.

I like a girl that can have a good time, and not just one that expects movie and dinner dates. Luckily the most recent girl I've been with is not like that. I like a girl that shows intelligence. I also like ambition. I don't expect a girl to have the same interests I have, but I like it when a girl has something going on in her life that's more than just her going back and forth from a crumby temporary job (For example, maybe she goes to school pursuing her ultimate goals in life). I love a girl with a sense of humor, and particularly one that finds my sense of humor attractive. With that said (I guess I'm speaking turn-ons in a turn-off thread), take everything I said and think of the opposites to get my turn-offs in a girl.

Those who place sports, drink and other nonsense before others, alcoholics, sports worshippers, religious fanatics - the bible basher and 'I will kill you for not being like me!' kind - Bigots, ignorant types. It's a good thing I'm not interested in anyone since those tend to be the usual kinds of people I encounter the most- male and female alike.
