they have threating/attacked innocent people, and they destroyed people livelihood during the Baltimore riot. they have done more harm to the american people than some religious nuthead that's living in a different continent

terrorism

noun

1.

the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes.

This is like saying that cops are all terrorists because they use violence against innocent people. The BLM movement aren't terrorists and neither are cops if you're wondering.

Yeh lets label them terrorist because of a few bad apples, but when it comes to cops "oh lets not label all cops because of a few bad apples." Double standards anyone?

The FBI's definition of a terrorist is a little different... they'd be the ones to do the labeling.

Then so should the NRA. The NRA has more in common with ISIS then the BLM movement does.

TBH, I think Same-Sex couples have it worst then color people do and no, I'm not joking about it.

I think it's probably more acceptable to label them as a hate group.

lmao the OP is a joke, right? BlackLivesMatter is nowhere near as bad as "patriot" groups like The Oath Keepers that keep popping up around the country.

What's wrong with Oath Keepers? Aside from having questionable ads on their home page?

They're a right-wing private army that has threatened the government multiple times, notably the Cliven Bundy nonsense last year. They are also vigilantes and that has loads of other issues that you as a cop are aware of.

They're not a private army. They're a not for profit with hundreds, if not thousands, of chapters throughout the U.S.. The actions of a few don't mar the good deeds the organization has done, and what it stands for. Also, I don't believe any specific chapter actually responded to his calls for aid. Just random members from many "militia" groups.

I don't recall any chapters being indicted for any vigilante activities in Ferguson, which is what I'm assuming you're talking about. All I remember is some of them being on rooftops protecting businesses from being vandalized.

Plenty of bad people have also done good deeds, the world is shades of grey not black and white. But if one decides to ally themselves with a group that has threatened the government and suggested John McCain should be hung for treason, that suggests things. Just like how if I knew someone in the KKK I'd be wary of them. My overall point is they're closer to a "terrorist" group than BlackLivesMatter. Whether or not you consider them one is up to you. They were in Ferguson last night.

Very true. But I've yet to play any of the Persona games. I'v mostly played a lot of their handheld games (both developed and published). I love that they localize and make very different and unique games.

Lol, can we derail this thread and make it about how awesome Atlus is?

Atlus is indeed quite awesome. I bought Etrian Mystery Dungeon and Etrian Odyssey Untold 2 the other day. No idea when I'll get to them lmao

SMT: Nocturne is the best JRPG ever

Hmm, It probably is, although it may also be Chrono Cross.

@davillain-: you're probally right, at least LGBT had somewhat decent protest and didn't use their slogan as a reason for violence......

The biggest problem is that most AAs are too easily influenced by the gang life. I give some blame to some rap music that glorify crime and violence. On top of 3rd generation welfare recipients who still blame whitey for holding them back.....when in fact, they have a much better chance at getting full scholarships and getting educated. They've always looked for someone to blame and to justify their failures.

That might sound racist but it's true.

Not raciest at all. This post speaks the truth.

Hmm, It probably is, although it may also be Chrono Cross.

Played through most of EO Untold 1 (still need to complete the bonus dungeon) and am playing through EOIV right now. Both are great, but the concept of starting a new EO game is incredibly intimidating due to their deliberate pace and massive size. Still, though, they offer tons of bang for your buck. As far as SMT goes, I've played through all of IV on the DS and loved it, although I got the neutral ending by accident and had to do all the side quests for plot reasons, which was annoying. Still a terrific M rated Pokemon dungeon crawler. I also own Devil Survivor Overclocked but haven't played too much of it because I've gotten stuck. I want to play more SMT games, though.

Have yet to play Chrono Cross, but I love Chrono Trigger since I'm a person with a soul. Amazing game.

Either of you ever play Radiant Historia?

I don't see this conversation going anywhere good so I'm going to go ahead and lock it before it gets out of hand.

@iloveatlus: If you'd like to discuss the merits or shortcomings of an organization that's fine, but coming out of the gate with comparisons to terrorists or Nazis or Hitler or any extremist group with no other discussion content looks a lot more like an attempt to start a fire with a full bottle of lighter fluid.
