You know whats funny about the super mario bros movie? its something that as a kid I thought was pretty cool, but when I tried to watch it recently it was sort of a "wow, this sucks, what exactly did I like about it" kind of thing :P

That movie was absolutely terrible.

I always watched that when I was younger. Looking back on it, I still don't think it's that bad. Maybe because I seen the movie before ever having played a video game?

Yeah, that's a give, i remember reading something like this a few years ago, and honestly, can you blame him, the movie is really bad, i remember the day i watch it as a kid, i was like WTF? that's nothing like the games(honestly i don't even remeber what i was expecting), i really hated it and while i haven't watched it in years, i think that i would still hate it now.

As for the film, I can sort of remember it... I want to sort of forget it again.

I hate what they did to Yoshi in that movie:

^That's one out of a million reasons they should have made an animated movie. To try to do it live action was a horrible decision.

somebody should get bob hoskins to sign a copy of the DVD, like at a film festival or something were he might show up, and record the reaction :P

and super mario bros was actually pretty darn good , alot better then max payne and some other video game to movie conversions,

i friggin love that movie and always will! who cares how bad people think it is. same thing with street fighter lol. they are just movies...i dont watch them to compare them to games...or see how bad acting is. i just watch them for the entertainment =D
