Good for him. He had a perfectly good reason to do it. And it's not like he had much chance without a weapon.
Instead of thinking about charging him, they should get him to a psychiatrist so he won't go through any major shock or any other type of mental issues after killing a person.
dude, when he's like 15 or something he can go be like "Have you ever killed a man..?" "Do you know what it is like..?" and bang ! he gets chicks from left and right :P actually, or he might end up crazy :T either way
He did great. He defended his mother and that is a great responsibility of his. It is just that if he could live with killing somebody. But he did it for a reason, and important reason, so I beleive it would be easier to live with it as if he has just done it without a reason
I would just beat the guy up, and I don't know if I'd kill him when being 12 years old.Berzz
I gotta be completely honest, I don't think I could have done the same when I was 12, either. I mean, I would've taken action, but not with a knife. But this kid grew up in a different era, and I think it's pretty heroic of him.
i think the boy did what anyone would do if they saw someone hurting a loved one. maybe not necessarily kill the guy but in the situation, you never know...
it seems in the situation, the only thing the boy could have done was that. he obviously wouldnt be able to physically go toe to toe with a grown man attacking his mother.
good for the boy. no one messes with family and loved ones...
