Good thing I went to Raw this past Monday so I could see these wrestlers for the last time for a while, lol. And please, no "wrestling is fake" talk. We all know that. It's like telling a 20-year-old Santa Claus is fake, we all know if now so there's no point mentioning it. The 10 wrestlers that have been suspended are... - Randy Orton - Edge - King Booker - Mr. Kennedy - Chavo Guerrero - John Morrison - William Regal - Charlie Haas - Santino Marella - Gregory Helms - Simon Dean You don't get much more big than these guys. Current ECW champion Morrison, the man who main evented SummerSlam Randy Orton, Edge, Kennedy and Booker...all very big names. This is big news and a major blow for the company but kudos to the WWE for trying to get rid of steroids from their company.
If im not mistaken(i wathced wrestling very rarely) but most of the wrestlers are the "corrupt ones". haha i gues its not a coincidense not a.k.a invented story

How do they decide who wins in American Wrestling? Do they all get paid the same amount?MindFreeze
They have a writing team to decide all that. And they don;t get paid all the same. Some mid-card guy won't get paid as much as WWE champion John Cena who is probably making the most right now. In wrestlings hey day in the 90s a big name like Stone Cold made about $12 million a year.

I suppose it depends on acting quality.. just like in other forms of performing arts, it's probably how good you are that decides your salary. As for who wins, it's probably decided by who is expected to win by the fans, but occasionally they probably add twists to make it more convincing. I don't watch American wrestling, but it has a massive following and they probably have some big brains working behind the scenes to keep money coming in and the fanbase large.

Why whenever there's a wrestling thread does somebody always have to come in and be like 'It's fake, just in case you had no idea' as if everyone is meant to stop and realise that, as wrestling fans, we've been going wrong all these years by watching an entertainent medium that isn't 100% real.

Gotta love how wrestling only gets mainstream media attention when something negative happens. Now that the Benoit tragedy discussion has kinda ran it's course, wrestling is never talked about but now this is out, BAM, everyone will be discussion wrestling and steroids again.:roll:
