Bring back the 2006 forum and profile design

Seriously, this minimalist format sucks hard.

With all the different themes as well? I heard people loving the ice theme that once was here.

used that one all the time. Bring back profiles with badges and levels at the front and all that jazz. What's old is new, what's retro is hip COME ON THIS PLACE HAS NO SOUL

I liked the levels that we used to have. Badges were cool as well.

All we got now are filthy legacy points that are hidden.

I miss unions most of all from that era.

I don't know a lot about that but I think they had to redo the website at one point to add these features

Funny that you bring that up, because that's exactly what crossed my mind a few days ago when I came to visit. There's actually so much more I miss about the older designs. Homepage felt cleaner and had more information, Unions existed, user levels being visible (User levels still exist, you just have to go into users profiles to see them. I know I've been sitting at 63 for a couple years now), Emblems that you can earn from participation, and more importantly, it functioned so much more better....at least when they weren't messing with it. I hate to sound old, but I do miss the good old days...

To be honest I think we're in the right for wanting the good old days back here because WHO the hell under the age of 25 is going to suddenly sign up to the forums here?

GS hasn't been the same since the change in 2013. The fact that activity went way down after the change shows. As much as I want the old design back too, I don't see it happening. Even if it did, I'm sure it would be too little, too late, at this point.
