Whenever anyone uses any of those, it always seems like they are trying to come off as "cool," and it really just winds up making them look rather silly in my mind, although the third one is not quite as bad in that regard.
I address people by their respective names. I call people "dude" when I'm mocking idiocy. And hearing people refer to each other as, "bro" makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. Sometimes I'll say, "Come on, man" when I'm having a disagreement with someone.
