THe biggest issue I see wrong with this is that french fries don't keep very long. Where I worked they only lasted five minutes before they were technically considered "unsellable" (we had steak and shake style fries). I don't know how long BK fries last, but it can't be long enough to still be good by the time they reach your house.

Beyond that there is the obvious problems of ordering out such as possibly getting the wrong food and not being able to tell them to take it back.

Just put them in the oven for a minute, with the burger. Then it will be even better than if you ate it there.
