1. It was Dick Cheney who said something.

2. The President cannot declare war; only Congress. And since our Congress (albeit full of apes and Kindergarteners) is Majority Democrat, there's no way in hell that war will be declared against Russia.

3. Let's say war is declared, just for giggles. No chance in HELL will there be a World War.

What the Hell? Napoleon marched over Russia. Nicholas almost lost everything. If it wasn't for the need to protect the west of his empire from the English, Napoleon could have vainquished Russia. Moscow burned because Napoleon was the biggest threat to Russia in history.

i'd suit up to see what the UN looks like when in a tizzy, but we have more troops than just in iraq and more people that could be forced to fight if something bad happened, but yeah bush wont do anything

But what if we have military action sent over there? Obviously it has to be a few months, yuo can't just send over a week of service.

If the US doesn't get involved, another country will, and that just might pull more countries in. This is likely to end very badly.Zaeryn

your acting like Bush is the only leader and America is the only country who is againest what Russia and doing and has warned them to stop, because we arent. We arent alone in telling them to stop what they are doing.

I agree with the OP, why should Russia stop at Georgia? They should continue south through Armenia and then through Turkey, I don't see any reason why Russia should pull back. No reason at all. :PSiofen
