can anyone here seriosly tell the difference between pepsi and coke?

Pepsi is more sweet. Coke has a little kick to it.

Coca-Cola: More richer, smoother taste.

Pepsi: Feel less richer but has its own uniqueness.

There is a VERY clear difference between the two. I find it puzzling that you can't tell the difference...

I can even tell an extreme difference between canned Coke, bottled Coke, and glass bottled Coke (the best).

I prefer Pepsi in general, but glass bottled Coke is the greatest....The only problem is that it's $5 for a six pack of glass Coke, and in total they add up to less than a 2 liter.... LOL. It's totally worth it on a hot summer day though... I love pulling a cold one from the fridge, popping open the bottle (yep, no screw off cap), and eating outside with a glass Coke in hand.

I can tell the differance: Pepsi tastes good, Coke doesn't. That being said I gave up Coke and Pepsi a few years ago, I only drink Mountain Dew.

I get the feel that coke is stronger than Pepsi. Pepsi is more sweet. but coke is stronger.

If they are cans of pop then yes it's very easy for me to taste the difference. Coke has a much stronger syrup taste and is much "flatter" than Pepsi which has a lot more fizz to it. From a fountain I can't tell the difference at all as the taste really depends on how the store mixes their syrup and their source of carbonation. Lord_Daemon

Bottles are a bit different but I can still tell the difference as long as they are fresh. For some reason Coke is seems to have a higher concentration of carbonation when the bottle is fresh so it's actually more appealing to me although their distinctive syrup taste is still very discernable. The problem stems from the age of the bottle and the length of time the bottles are opened. Once a bottle is open they seem to go flatter a lot faster than a can or fountain source and the Pepsi and Coke tastes start to taste blur together and taste like any generic brand of pop.
