I don't understand that statement. The only ways one can lose the presidency are through impeachment or death, so I don't know what "cold hard truth" you are talking about.
he'll probably be fine. his doctor's said he was healthy just recently and the cancer in his cheek is no longer dangerous. plus he has access to great health care
