Maybe I just misunderstand their message or what they are striving to accomplish. Everytime I see anarchists on tv, they're usually the ones rioting or taking advantage of a protest situation to turn it violent. They tend to burn cars, loot stores, and just create mayhem. Often times their actions take away from the legitimate, organized and peaceful protests of others.
If you are an anarchist, what is your goal? Is it just to create chaos and have the world burn down around you? Because - to me - that's what anarchy is. The absence of law. There is no order and no protection. People can basically just kill whoever gets in their way and take whatever they want. The strong rule and the weak die. Is that what anarchists want?
I've met some people who think anarchy is good and complain about society. But usually they are upset over such monumental issues as not being able to skateboard in a park or something along those lines.
It's one thing to be upset about an unjust law or practice, but to want absolute anarchy? I dont understand that.
