Once you have it down , you can do it pretty fast. There are other ways to solve it for speed , but I really do not care much about doing it really fast.

I can't.

I want to learn, but so far any guide/info/video I've found has been just as impossible to comprehend.

Perhaps the one you tried is better.

I solved it with Dan Brown's guide as well. I've got most of the algorithms memorized now, but I still need to check it to see the larger ones.

No, I hate those things, I don't have the patience to solve them and I just can't figure them out, I've spent up to half an hour with a rubiks cube and gotten absolutely nowhere. I've never used any guides, if I'm going to do it I'll do it on my own.

Did it in under a minute before, but I usually averaged 2:30 to 3:00. But I haven't done one in so long, that I think I forget some of the algorithms.

My friends best time with a 3X3 rubiks cube is about 42 seconds. He's also done it blindfolded. He can do the 4X4 and 5X5 too. He's insane lol

They can be easily pried apart with a flathead screwdriver and reassembled, no superglue required :) Edit: Did you know that the 1980's were an age of wonders undream'd of?

I can solve two sides in a short amount of time by predicting the turns in my head. After that I pretty much struggle like a normal person.

Seriously? I'd only been playing around with mine for about two weeks and I could do it in under a minute nine times out of ten. I can also do a 5x5x5 by the way :-). The thing is that it's almost exactly the same as a 3x3x3 with a little fiddling. What country, by the way?
