OP, read this and read it well, because it might be one of the most important things in your life.
You can make a career in writing.
Seriously. The opening post was attention-grabbing and very relatable. I believe you've got a talent with words, which might as well mean you're a talented guy on many other areas as well.
Think about it. Do some freelance writing. Look for local magazine writing gigs. Start a journal. Launch a blog.
Then, BAM you're a published author! You can do this!
If not that, at least you're just 22 years old and you've got your mother with you. This means you've got all the time in the world (don't waste a minute of it), and at least another human being who cares about you. You've got work, you're not starving, you can probably manipulate local regulations to get some kind of wellfare to help you on your feet and you've got charisma, yes, charisma, based on how your penmanship.
What you lack? I can't be sure, but perhaps it's self-confidence? I know it's hard to keep it up with all those seemingly fancy people prancing about while you struggle, but think big. In ten years, things might be very different.
