I weigh 175 and can max out at 245 on a good day. Usually aound 235. I can rep my own weight anywhere from 10-12 times depending on how I feel.
That's after 3 years of lifting though and 16 months in the Army. When I first started out, my max was less than my body weight :|
..i'm 194 and i'm currently maxing out at 460 pounds for my one-rep max..
..weighlifting is my hobby..so yeah..;)
I'm 140 and do about 350 for about 10 reps give or take few.achilles614I don't believe that for a second. 10 reps at 350 pounds would put your max bench press at around 470 pounds, which is absolutely unheard of for someone who weighs 140 pounds.
I'm 205 and can only bench 95 at the most.
One of my friends who I was at the gym with told me that was pretty bad, since guys should be able to bench their weight.
So can you, and how much?

I weigh 245-250lbs, and I can bench this much. I dislike being fat, especially at the age of 15.
Edit: Oh crap...I haven't worked out for a month or two, and now my max bench is only around 235. I need to start working out again...
