Try typing "Hi, How are you?" With your eyes closed and post the results. :)

Yeah......but I don't need to close my eyes....I never look at the keyboard when typing.

Hi, how are you? This is ex-mortis here, typing with my eyes completely shut. This is easy as hell.

I have known how to touch type since I was 11. No problem at all.

EDIT: Didn't occur to me that I was actually asking a question there in the first sentence, damn am I tired.

ON your keyboard "f" and "j" should have a bar sticking out from them, so you can easily reference where your fingers are. Also: "Hi, how are you?"

Come on you guys, it's quite easy to type correctly with your eyes closed. "Hi, how are you?" All my posts in this thread are typed with my eyes closed, you guys can do better. The only thing that would be a problem for me would be numbers and some special characters.

I can type with my eyes closed, I have been able to for years. It's not that hard at all. Just learn where all the keys are and you'll be fine.

"Hi, how are you?" That was easy enough. It was hard finding the home keys though. That's the only time I need to use my eyes to type. I've been trained to type without looking at the keyboard.
