Yep, my old school had a software called "Typing Master"... I think. I took all the lessons and I've memorized the positions of all keys... but I still look down a lot cause I feel that's faster and more accurate
PS. Just memorizing the positions still made me write like twice as fast as I used to...
[QUOTE="broken_bass_bin"]Useless? You can now write your assignments while watching pr0n. What more could you have asked of Mavis Beacon?Yes. And I owe it all to this woman:
So thanks to you, Mavis Beacon, for this most utterly useless of skills.

Good point
But it's been 2 years since I was at university, so combining typing and sexyvids seems a bit pointless now.
I'm not bad without looking at the keyboard. Sometimes I'll make mistakes and U rend to be a bit slower but with my friend backspace it's all good
Yes, except for some of the symbols, I don't use them enough to know where they all are.thriteenthmonke
Same Here.
Our school required us to have typing classes for 2 years.
I rarely ever look at the keys when I type, unless it's when I put in a password.
I better be able to after posting over 111,600 times on this site :P fastesttruckThat's a good point and posting does help at improving your keyboarding skills.
Yes, I can, and it's primarily how I type. If I make a mistake I can usually feel the misplacement of my fingers, and/or I can see the mistake being made and so I can go back and correct. However, I don't make many mistakes regardless of whether or not I look at my fingers when I type.
No I cant. But id say I can type fairly fast regardless. Theres no situation I can think of where I NEED to be looking at the screen at the same time.
no unless i do it really slowly and picture the keyboard in my head like i am doing right now
that took about 30 seconds to type lol.....
