I was talking about the general social mindset in the province. The few families I know from Quebec aren't whiney. They hate the whiners. They're talking about the overall social attitude in the province compared to other provinces.

I bet it's because you can't read faces or hear vocal tones on the internet. That must be the difference.

General i think the whole Anglo Sphere of countries have more in common then any other group of nations in the world America Canada Britain & Australia there will always be a special Relationship between these4 countries we always have each others backs .

Keep in mind that the US also has pockets of seperate cultures. Northern New England, Southern California, New Mexico and Louisiana are all home to prominent cultural groups. None have as large of a cultural identity as Québec, but they're there nonetheless.
