The forests and overall landscape/wildlife is great, other than that it's basically just another country, except it's canada, so it's like the weird cousin country who sits in the corner and never talks during family reunions.

No not uh rest stops, but just little uh indentions off the road like a really extended shoulder I guess , but the ones in the U.S when i drove from Colorado to Canada the ones in the u.s didnt have cans
canada rules eh! our dollar is strong, our women for the most part are very hot, we have political satire shows that head of parliment regularly appear on (prime ministers, MPs, Ministers of stuff like finance), mounties, drinking age is 19, free health care, beavers, polar bears, dog sledding, montreal, crap load of oil, birthplace of hockey and basketball and lacrosse, the metric system, global respect, small but tough as nails army, pimpin national anthem, a flag with 2 red bars and a leaf, etc... theres just soo much good about our country, hard 2 list all of it.
Good things: Banff - my aunt/uncle live there, Whistler - my aunt/unle used to live there, Vancouver - just plain awesome, good fishing, good snowboarding.

I know what you are sayingIf I understand what you mean though these little areas are mainly for people who just have car trouble and other problems. There are these places that usually are near tourist attractions (aka Grand canyon) and your right , not all have garbage cans.. but the more popular places do
