So, basically, other than extremes, trolling and flaming is allowed? If so I think that's a bad move. Why the need for all these changes anyway?

this means anyone who received a final warning ban in the past should be reinstated as a user because who knows what percentage of their moderation would no longer take place. Unless that happens these aren't real changes. Get to work then repeal the bans.
