Cher to play Catwoman in next Batman film

Sounds good, and she works well for the grittiness that the new Batman movies strive for. Sure she isn't a looker, but she sure is creepy.

Cher has won Golden Globes, Best Actres at Cannes, and an Oscar for Best Actress.

All you people suggesting hot young actresses are missing the point, Nolan isnt going to have leather clad women purring over Batman as it doesnt suit his vision. A 60 year old female criminal with a cat fetish would be more believeable for Nolan, he could bring in themes of ageism, perhaps focus on Jim Gordon a bit more as well
