I'm a hybrid guy and like it mainly crispy with a little bit of chewiness here and there. If I had to choose between one or the other though I'd rather have all crispy than all chewy fatty soggy weirdness.
I like it to have some crisp but still be a bit chewy. I don't want it to be crunchy like a potato chip. However I don't want it to be chewy to the point where it's like a wet noodle, just flapping around on my plate.
I never understood people who like crispy bacon, or crunchy cereal. Though they represent majority of the population... IT's clear society is headed down hill.
I hate crispy bacon. I hate crunchy cereal. You lose out on so much flavor.
