Without the spices, chicken is bland as well. Add spices, beef can get all sorts of flavors too.

I disagree. Spice doesn't do much for beef. The only thing you can do to be if sugar, salt or pepper it. I disagree. Spice doesn't do much for beef. The only thing you can do to be if sugar, salt or pepper it. Brush it with garlic butter or steak sauce before cooking it helps, but that's only with good cuts of beef.Make yourself a burger and spread some chili powder on it, so good.
