Enemy=Brutus/Bluto. I'm from the hometown of Popeye, so I wouldn't mind seeing this either. I never watched the cartoons growing up, but had they taken an ultra-violent turn I probably would've tuned in :P

This is a really shallow mentality.

The particular rating for something doesn't make it good or bad. Oh, that show sucks, lets just add excessive violence, sex, language and that will fix it. What a really really poor way to look at media and art form in general.

Yay! I loved his use of "over-the-top" violence in Johnny to get his point across. Zim was still awesome, though. Shame on Nick for cancelling it!

I bought all of the issues of Johnny in one book from Amazon for like $15. And Squee was also amazing. That dust mite thing still creeps me out.:P And I hate Nick now, they went all pre-teen.

Biker Mice From Mars, Captain Planet, Inspector Gadget and Top Cat.

Throw the Mafia into TC, some gangs into Inspector Gadget, Shotguns into Biker Mice from mars and broken bones in Captain planet and you've got pure awesomeness.

Most of the cartoons from that time were awesome anyway.

The crap like Ben 10 thats on nowa-days could do with some flying limbs and more adult themes, they'd probably still suck though.

I never saw the "adult" cartoons, but I'd imagine they'd be disturbing since I grew up liking that show as a child. -_-
