human can still breathe without freedom,in a jail,or a coffin with an oxigen capsule, is that ok?

Wtf has a coffin got to do with being able to watch horror films...think your totally overreacting.

Besides it's not like there banning all movies...just horror movies, which is understandable,I'd wish I'd never been exposed to the likes of nightmare on elm-street and alien ect, they mess with your mind as a kid lol

like kid's mind's would never get messed with without horror movies??? You're being totally irrational, it's a part of growing up and if you can;t deal with it then go see a shrink or just dont watch the movies.

Good thing Japan isn't communist! I can watch all the horror movies I like...even though I don't like horror moviesTermite551

No, but the PM isn't elected by popular vote, electoral college, etc. Rather, they are elected by the parliament. And people are kept in the dark about a party's political stance and platform so they don't vote for people because they might make a difference or even because the candidate's stance is in line with their own world philosophy. Rather, they vote because either a celebrity that made them laugh on television is running, or if their own personal world is still intact, they keep the incumbents in office no matter how corrupt they might be.

It may not be a dictatorship, but some things are okay one day, but change radically the next with no regard to sending feelers out to gauge the potential public opinion. Three years ago, people in the northern areas had their government subsidies for needed heating oil during the winter axed by the LDP as well as income among civil servants and educators slashed 10% and didn't care about the impacts of their decision.

not as insane as iran's ,our governmen has filtered more than 100,000,000 websites,it's an official news that i've read in a governmental newspaper, personally i think there are many more!:?

mastersword007

Are there even 100,000,000 websites?

Theres probably more that 100,000,000 porn sites

Took the words right out of my mouth...

I read somewhere that there are like 32,000 new porn sites a day.

Hmmm... Banning things, instead of doing as we Americans do, which is censor it and violate it rectally. :|

I wonder if they will enforce that as well as they enforce movie copyrights over there, which is to say not much.

That's entirely ridiculous either way.

That's pretty...wrong. Being a horror movie fiend,I'd probably leave if my country banned horror movies.... or go on a bloody rampage.

no it's not understandable, have u ever lived in a dictatorship country?i'm sure..no,u have no idea what it feels like when somebody or some people allow themselves to take a decision for u,even about a simple thing.

A ban on horror films isn't exactly the work of a dictatorship,it's just like having a ban of gore and war films in Germany for example, there's a good reason for why they are doing it.Ok so it is a tad over-the-top to ban them all,but it's still just horror movies...you can live without them.

And besides with your country's large counter-fit rates i'm sure you will be able to find a copy somewhere...no?
