Huh, odd spelling error I've got there. Anyway, I think people aren't likely to understand that it's supposed to be a mix of Dimension and Dementia. Heck, when I read Dimention it still "looks okay" for me as the word dimension. Probably because it's pronounced the same.

Edit: Okay, I now know why I spelled it Dimention, that's how it's spelled in the place where I got the name.
