Both. If I had to pick one, I'd choose coffee for the sake of caffeine content.

YoJim8obaJoe

tea contains more caffine than caffine so your arguement is lame, but you right on one thing and that is coffee is better.Ahhh i still remember the day God decended from heaven to gift us with its most blessed taste.YUM YUM

Emm no, coffee usually has more caffeine per ounce than tea.

Earl Gray is the best drink ever. No sugar, no milk. Just hot water and a teabag...yum!

that depends what kind of tea you drink...a lot of teas dont have anystarwarsjunky

"Herbal Teas" are caffeine free, but that's because they don't contain tea leafs and so really aren't tea at all. They just brew the herbs in question similar to tea.

Emm no, coffee usually has more caffeine per ounce than tea.

coolbeans90

Tea leafs contain much more caffeine per ounce than coffee beans. Though rarely is as much extracted.

I hope you've tried more than the mass market brands at least. Lipton and its kin are a poor representation of what tea can be.

Per ounce of brewed liquid... that's what counts.
