Cold Showers vs Warm Showers - Which Do You Take?

Hello OT, do you take your showers warm or cold?

I hear that cold showers are good for your hair and skin :)

Hot showers because that's what I feel like when I'm taking a shower. :cool:

Warm?

Hot.Hot as hell.

Warm for a couple of minutes, then cold. They're good for your hair, skin, beard (if applicable), and will increase fertility in men (not a miracle cure, but the colder conditions will create a moderate increase in production).

Warm showers in winter. Cool showers in the summer.

Warm, I hate too cold.

Warm. Sometimes "hot" for the first few minutes.
When it's hot I find it hard to clean myself because it makes me tired and slow feeling.

Cold at the end if it's warm/humid out and I need to go somewhere right away.

I usually take about 25min hot showers. It's pretty cool when i get out i can see the steam coming off my arms.Kurushio

Cold shower if I just came back from being in the sun for all day or several days like on a trip. Only if my skin is burnt. Otherwise, normally, it has to be warm.

Generally hot showers. But because I hate summer, it's cooler showers for now.

I still hate that period in time where I know it's time to switch to cold water, it's quite a shock when I do it. Still, when I finish with my showers I feel far more refreshed than I did with warm showers.

Hot Shower all year round... only drawback of a hot shower is getting the strength to walk out and embrace that cold draft.

only time I like cold water is at the beach or pool.

I take a hot shower first to relax the muscles, then I take a cold shower to lower my blood pressure from the hot water before I step out.
