Some gland in me is slightly off, and I thus have difficulty dealing with temperature differences. I'm colder than everyone around me, all the time. Thus, I take incredibly, extremely hot showers, and feel decently warm. :)
I take hot showers. I was wondering when I went into this thread why people would even think about taking a cold shower?!?!?! I looked it up and whoa. Im taking cold showers all the time now. People say to use hot water and clean up then at the end of your shower use cold water and it closes your pores preventing skin imperfections like acne.
It's weird, when I'm at the gym, pools, or beach, I can take a blistering cold shower, but at home I can't handle it. Have to warm it up a little.Nicksonman
steamy hot showers are the best. You're a psycho if you take cold showers. Unless its a tropical country where nothing else is available and even then it aint fun.
Warm for the first couple minutes or minute than I gradually cold it up. So basically. Shampoo Turn Condition Turn as cold as it goes and then scrub hard.
in the summer after sprints i take slightly cold showers because im incredibly hot. otherwise, warm. I only take about 5 min. per shower. so i dont spend a lot of time adjusting the temp, or worrying about it.
