I was wondering if anyone could help me find a college around where i live. I am planning on going for Video Game design but as of right now im going to AZ for UAT. I live all the way in Connecticut though. so if anyone could find one closer for game design please tell me.

It depends if you want to go for videogame design only or if you want to get a computer programming degree and then be able to do anything... A 4 year college would be great if you want an all encompassing degress, but there are special schools like "Full Sail" or something like that that specializes in that kind of stuff.

I'd strongly encourage you to get a degree in computer science, art, business, engineering, or math. A video game degree forces you into a narrow avenue of employment; if you can't find a job with a game company, you're screwed. These other degrees won't harm your chances of breaking into the industry of your choice yet still provide you with a backup plan in case you need to look for work elsewhere.

yea but the only thing is i dont really know computer science ive been doing game designing for a big part of my life.

Pick a school with a good football program, so you can root for them on national TV the rest of your life.

All the more reason to take something like computer science. More skills you have = greater interest employers will take in you.
