Hey guys, what college do you guys go to? Major etc.

I am in a situation right now where I think I need to transfer back to a closer school because my parents are from europe and they need translating help and such. I currently go to Ole Miss but I think it would be best to transfer back to where I use to live or around the area of PA to provide comfort and assistance. Am I really overthinking the situation or should I just finish up my three years at ole Miss, all tips are very welcome.

Well, if you move closer to home...What happens after you graduate? Are you going to feel chained to your parents to always help out? I'm not saying what you should do either way, but don't hinge a major life decision on something like that. Your parents would likely want you to get your education and not worry about them

I agree with this. As for me, I go to North Dakota State University and I'm majoring in Computer Science. I'm also considering getting another BS, and that would be in Psychology. :)

Haha, yeah, it can be hard to figure people out. People are so complex. I just find it really interesting. :) I'm mostly into abnormal psychology, like mental illnesses and whatnot. It's just fascinating.

Action: Raise a mental barrier...

I get what you mean, but they need financial support aswell and I am only 20, am I overlooking the situation and should i just focus on my studies, I need your opinions as well. I can only do so much, work for myself but to pay bills fulltime and school would be tough?

They have not told me this directly my man, but they have hinted at it, but they told me if i am satisfied with ole miss stay there as long as I am happy, but my mom is the only one working seven days a week and my dad has spinal issues so he cannot work. I just feel it is my duty to provide them support in some way, whether it is hope or financial aid?
