Ugh. Perceived color is determined by the wavelength of reflected light that hits the retina. The only people that see color differently than anyone else are those who are colorblind. They have tests for this.luamhtrad

Its one of those things that is always the same, unless the person is color blind, or just has bad eyes.

Well no not necessarily, the external cause of qualia might be consistant while the internal experience of it is radically different from individual to indivivual.
That being said a physicalist account of the brain would lead you to the conclusion that experiences are pretty much the same for everyone.
