2 Live Crew was the group. I can't remember the name of the song.

Much of the Beatles/John Lennon type stuff would qualify as my favorite. A lot of anti-war, anti-government songs. Most certainly John Lennon's "Imagine", my personal favorite song.

They aren't controversial for one reason: The people who find out about them are the type of people who will either like them or not be offended by the music even if they don't like it.

If MSI was played unedited on the radio, you bet there would be an uproar.
