Nope. Its far too tasty to give up. At least fish don't face my wrath/hunger :P I hate fish. I tried eating a salad once. My man-senses refused such a sissy food. (I actually couldn't down it. As wrong as it sounds, my throat wouldn't let me. Literally choking on nothing.)

I'm not a heartless bastard. Seeing those slaughterhouse videos and knowing they're real brings a tear to my eye and makes me f'ing sick. Due to the need for mass-production, its sadly a reality that those conditions are needed. Even though they're animals, its absolutely wrong that they must go through this. Never able to experience life, ect. I certainly wouldn't mind if the animals led lives. Raised how they should be. On farms, properly fed and taken care of. Then when they're old and starting to "go," send them to the slaughterhouse. Still cruel, but not nearly as cruel.

I'd switch in a heartbeat if there were just as great non-animal alternatives. That'd make a lot of people switch I bet.

There would absolutely have to be some ulterior motive for me to stop eating meat. If my loved one, and I mean the love of my life, asked me to do it, I probably would try to work out a compromise with her such as 1 time a week.

If she said none at all, I'd question why and if she gave me a good enough answer, I'd at the very least attempt to.

On my own however, I think I'd rather be dead than give up meat in it's entirety. Why would I deprive myself of something so wonderful?
