[QUOTE="TheLordRagnarok"][QUOTE="Mkavanaugh77"]The one dream i always remember involved feeling pain.
I was in my home and i saw this blue light infront of me, then suddenly i felt this arm grab me in my stomache and lift me up to the ceiling it felt like someone ripping your guts out(i know sounds crazy) it dragged me to my room along the ceiling and then i woke up.
It felt real and scared the **** out of me when i woke up, i still dont know the meaning of the dream, it felt like a demon or something was attacking me

Good work. You had an out-of-body experience. Just to scare you, it's also known as a near-death experience. :)
Near death experinces dont happen in dreams, they happen when your actually close to death(from numerous situations)
You cant die or be close to death from an Out of body experience while your sleeping.
Don't worry, I know what you mean. I've had a few dreams like that as well. One of them was when I would be walking in the middle of the streets, then some random dude comes out of this alley and stabs me in the stomach, I felt this HORRIBLE pain where he stabbed me in the dream, then I woke up...The craziest dream I've ever had was a lucid dream where I was fully aware and in control of everything that happened. I remember looking down at my hands which were glowing blue fire (think Hellboy the movie....his girlfriend). I was at the foot of one of those huge Japanese temples (the ones with like ten roofs, one on top of the other), and jumped up to the top in one leap. There were endless temples as far as I could see with raging floods at the bottom between each, and I remember doing Matrix like jumps, continually jumping from one to the other non-stop in a raging thunderstorm. I also remember fearing the pain of landing and the feeling of liberation after I realized that I couldn't be hurt. Eventually I did an Iron-man like ascent above the storm and flew for a while in clear skys.
It was the most intense and wonderful dream I've ever had. I spent months afterwards trying numerous techniques attempting to get another lucid dream to happen, but it never has. Man it was incredible.
