Creepiest person you encountered?

Back when I was in high school, I went to Vo-Tech for my junior and senior year. During my junior year, we had this guy in our class that was a Vietnam Vet. He would sit in the back of the class with his hand down his pants, zipper undone and his finger sticking out the open zipper. It creeped everyone out. We all thought he was wacked out.

My mom was in the hospital when I was in the 6th grade. While I was in the waiting room playing my gameboy, some dude walked in and just started looking at me. He then proceeded to tell me that it "smelled like sheep in here", smiled and left the room.
