Went to the profile and found that the video comes from brazil, put the video description into an portuguese to english translator and got this: "you can make of everything, I only a little, only that I am happy, therefore you have Jesus it and the joy of my force." Don't think it makes any more sense of the video though :(

It would actually be more like this: 'You can try everything, I only have a little but am happy nonetheless because I have Jesus by my side and the joy of my strength'
I guess the girl is paraplegic, it would make sense by the way she moves...
