Poll Cycling/Running/Swimming which do you prefer for keeping fit (34 votes)

Cycling 26%
Swimming 29%
Running 35%

Have to say I like all 3, but I like running the most.

Well, I prefer diving, which I suppose can be considered part of swimming, but I do enjoy running a whole lot too (helps when you live just outside a forrest).

I rarely go swimming(haven't been in years), I feel awkward running at least during the day with people watching me so I don't do it so basically cycling is the only thing I have.

I'd love to swim in a large. Most residential pools are to small to get meaningful exercise out of them. Running has been shown to help with bone density since it's weight-bearing.
