I been modded for calling Gypsy's , Gypsy's before. Heck am on my last warning at the moment before i become Perm banned.

30 and i got an other one the other day there for a picture i was posting. The site didn't want to post it so they got a picture which said hyperlink fail "Your gay They said i was luckily just for a point loss when i brought it up with them . An other time when i was trolling they say when i said to an guy who made a joke thread that he was fail for just copying stuff from you tube. I also said to him i wish you don't have a good day. He deserved it.

Or the latest one were i posted a picture of bottle caps as a fallout joke reference. The picture was too large so i went in to edit it. When i posted it again i got an warning and the message was deleted.

It's right there in ask the mods.

It's one of the first ones I believe. He told them to grow a pair because of the constant moderations or to ban him. So they went ahead with the latter.

A warning will not get you banned.If someone can't learn from their mistakes, they are going to be banned. I hardly ever get moderated compared to the first few months I was here because I smartened up and realized what isn't allowed. If more people just followed the rules, there would be less need to ban people.

Speaking out of prejudice is not something I like whether or not you happened to be coincidentally right on this occassion.

This is the problem. There is nothing wrong with the rules. There is a problem with some of the mods' very liberal and iron fisted interpretation of the rules.

I was suspended for a day (actually took two days to un-suspend me) for sarcastically calling someone a "genius"

My worst that REALLY pissed me off was when I got suspended for calling SOMEONE IN A VIDEO an idiot.

When I argued that, they basically gave me no awnser and locked the thread.

I don't even care anymore. I find ask the mods pointless.

I agree with this 100%. I've actually gotten moderated for something, found wording in the ToU that said I shouldn't have been moderated, gotten it reversed, and then been moderated for the EXACT same offense in the EXACT same situation afterwards. I just said **** it, why even bother constantly arguing with them even if it does get reversed? Oooooh, I got a points loss, like I'm really going to lose sleep over that.

And this is indeed a sad day for OT. I'll miss you D3nny, but not all that muchcuz you're funnier when I'm talking to you outside of OT.
