Sometimes I totally forgot something minutes before doing it. I have bad memory and I'm only 17, forgot many things while concerntrating on others. Any suggestions to improve memory?

Regular exercise, manage your stress, and good sleeping habits should help.

You could do like...sudoku and word puzzle things, too.

I recommend upgrading to at least 6GB of DDR3 memory, go with Kingston, they make great RAM.

Well, food does have something to do with it, Also the brain needs to be trained, reading (books, I would not say comics have no yield, but Id pick books), different kinds of puzzles, and brain teasers.

And get enough sleep, lack of sleep is not exactly damaging to the brain, but it will not work all too well if you have a lack of sleep.

Apart from that? well, not every man in the world has the same capabilities in thier brain, but it sounds alot like you have a short term memory issue... less tv and less gaming in general would likely help too.
