Deadliest Catch

is back, I consider the second best show on TV, right after The Office

argh i cant get into that show...i mean its a good show but i find it to seem like each episode is like 10 hrs long instead of 1

Discovery channel's awesome; Deadliest Catch, Dirty Jobs, Man vs Wild, Mythbusters, It Takes a Theif. You could blow a whole day watching nothing but Discovery channel.Half-Life_man

I can undersrand not liking it, there is just something about it that I love, and I think it's better than most of the reality TV on

I was off school sick today, so I did just that. They had a really cool show about urban legends around noon today.

Just started watching it recently and I have fallen in love with it! Watching it right now in fact!!!

I must say, the Time Bandit rescuing that man who went overboard on the other ship is the most compelling tv moment ever:

Also, it was incredibly sad and Ironic what happened to Gary Edwards and his ship.

For those who didn't see, Edwards explained how an EPIRB works at the beginning of one of the seasons. It is a beacon that goes off when the ship goes under water alerting the coast gaurd to their distress.

Right at the beginning of that season his ship went down and only one of his crew member managed to survive....

The Time Bandit is pulling such a great prank on the Cornelia Marie! They switched their pot with a beat up/demolished truck!!!

New season begins next week and I, for one, am glad to have it back on TV. Yes, the show can get repetitive but it never gets old for me. This is true reality tv and not what's shown on the other major networks.

Very good show. Reminds me of crab fishing on the Chesapeake Bay although that was nearly not as dangerous or grueling, its more like have a beer check a trap, have a beer, check a trap.

There's a good chance I've seen every episode.

EDIT: oops, oh yeah, I love the show. Discovery and History, 2 best channels on T.V!
