Dec 21 2012 what will happen?

I will have a huge party and lol at the news stories. Maybe a New-Years-Eve style-countdown, as well. :P

The end date of the Mayan Calendar has two possibilieites. Either December 21st or December 23rd 2012. The Mayans had many types of calendars. Some to time the growing season, some to track the orbit of Venus and more. When three of their main calendars, the long count, the ha'ab and one more I can't remember now fell on the same day this became known as an age and was approxximately 2000 years long. The mayans believed there would be three ages after which there was to be a 'reawakening'. It's hocus pocus based off of the Mayan religion.

And our solar systenm will not 'cross the middle of the milky way'. What it will do, allegedly, is our Sun, the Earth and the center of the galaxy will be in perfect alignment. However this happens once every year. Soem say we will cross the densest part of the milky way (Which is not the center) and that soemthign terrible will happen. This is completely false as well. Others say that a planet Nibiru is going to cross our orbit with a civilization known as the Annanuki, known in the bible as the Nephilim, and enslave our people. Zacharia Sitchen wrote a book about it after he read Summerian texts and attributed the date of 2012 to his own personal reding of these texts.

I will witness a self-fulfilling prophesy, or some trying to make it so. Nothing special aside from that.
