Well in my head, I believe I am a god among men. So to a certain extent yes a god does exist, me.metallica_fan42
I don't belief in it, him, her. I think the scientific explanations are true. And for the record, has there been any proof there is a god? I also belief that when you die you simple die, the people saying about a tunnel and a bright light just had a reaction from the body on there eyes.Lightningsun
I don't believe in god(s) or religions. It's pretty ignorant to not believe in religions.
But even if god wouldn't exist per say, his monumental importance in the collective unconscious of people practically makes god exist.DireToad

I believe in stupidity.Really.. why is your sig a picture of the passover turned upside down (which is done to scrutinize and degrade something) with pentagrams on it if stupidity gave birth to God (which did not - your just saying that)? I guess your upholding your theory with factual information - you being the factual information.
Stupidity gave birth to God...
So maybe, I'm not sure...

[QUOTE="DireToad"]I don't believe in god(s) or religions. It's pretty ignorant to not believe in religions. your ignorant for saying that. Religion is different from believing in a god. I know lots of people who believe in a higher power or a god that aren't the least bit religious

I am indeed a Christian.....   and for those atheists who believe in evolution:
There isn't and will never be a way to find out how the human race was started, at least not until/if time travel is possible :|

Just because we can't know doesn't mean we have to make stuff up *cough* God *cough* :PKev_Boy
here's my reasoning:
The fact that so many different cultures have developed their own religion based on God's creation of humanity must mean something. You also have to remember that these cultures most likely had not ever seen another type of religion, so the similarities between all of them are too great to be random.

Meaning he thinks there bs. Not that they exist.

It's all basic psychology, when you see something you can't explain, what else can it be other than 'a higher entity' and that can only be a god. Differences between different cultures is plenty big, various mythologies range more than sufficiently.Kev_BoyYes, early man was too under-evolved to understand the world as much as we do now, so they just wrote it off that someone with more power than them must have done it
believe what you want.
but most religions believe in one god creating humanity, or something along those lines. they're all too similar to be a coincidence. that's all I'm going to say.  :|
