no, the van was right to keep driving, and its barely an explosion. More like a fire. Guess thats what happens when you drive like an idiotThe van could have had a left turn arrow. Besiodes, the truck was being chased by police.The truck had a green light. The van driver should have waited.

You're right, the truck had a green light. The opnly defense the van would have is if the guy driving the truck was speeding (which is likely in a police chase).

More than likely the minivan driver did see the truck, just wasn't expecting it to be going that fast.

If the van had a left turn arrow, the light visible to us would be red. Besides, you can clearly see a "Left turn YIELD on green" sign hanging in the vans lane.
Was the vans fault.
