[QUOTE="Scorch217"]No pay and erratic work hours? Sign me up. I loled. I think it's a joke, right?Yep. And I'm looking for people to join my dev team that I'm trying to make. Though the work would be done whenever we got the chance, I can't pay anybody until money is made.

Considering the work that game devs do, they are not paid as well as other software developers. They also have to work longer days towards the end of the development cycle, and it all culminates in 'crunch time' where everyone on the team must go through every aspect of the game to make any last minute changes/fixes.Yep. And I'm looking for people to join my dev team that I'm trying to make. Though the work would be done whenever we got the chance, I can't pay anybody until money is made.

Hm. Good idea, i guess. But seriously, my only purpose for this was to make an epic game. Also, seeing what you said about pay, I think maybe we can change the rules with that one. But whoever is on the team will be paid whatever they didn't get before money was made.
you know how hard making a game is? you need a marketing campaign.. an engine.. a few years of design.. etcHm. Good idea, i guess. But seriously, my only purpose for this was to make an epic game.
