Dev Teams and what they should put in a game

I just want to know waht people want in a developer team these days, because I've seen wuite a few people throw some hate balls at these guys. Namely EA and Activision, but again, just want your opinion.

To clarify, I don't want to monopolize the industry. All I want to do is make an epic game.

Yep. And I'm looking for people to join my dev team that I'm trying to make. Though the work would be done whenever we got the chance, I can't pay anybody until money is made.

Hm. Good idea, i guess. But seriously, my only purpose for this was to make an epic game. Also, seeing what you said about pay, I think maybe we can change the rules with that one. But whoever is on the team will be paid whatever they didn't get before money was made.
