I would say that Batman The Animated Series was the best cartoon show I've ever seen. I enjoyed the other shows as well.

Yes, I watched most of them. Good times in the old school days. ;) Most new cartoons are crap. Add to that list for me: G1 Transformers, Transformers Beat Wars, and TMNT. Thank god for the Internet!

Many of those are great and I've seen most of them, except Robocop and a few others. I mostly liked watching the classic disney cartoons like Ducktales, Goof Troop, and all the cartoons in Disneys One Saturday Morning.

I only watched Pokemon. I never have been able to tolerate any cartoons, especially the "classics" such as Tom + Jerry, or the Pink Panther.
