Well, here is the sequel Monster Inc 2.
Also did Disney really buy out Pixar?

There are rumors of Toy Story 3(actually, thats probably confirmed by now...) and Cars 2(would make a ton of sence considering California Adventure is getting the Cars Land expansion by the end of 2012).
And with Monsters Inc. as well...it's getting to be a few to many sequels.
I wonder if it's the main group of Pixar animators and directors in charge of these sequels, or if Disney is providing the manpower. You know, the brilliant team behind Chicken Little.
This is all starting to remind me of the horrors Disney inflited upon all of their popular animated movies - sequels for Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Little Mermaid, four (or five?) Aladdin sequels, a Lion King sequel and prequel. Jesus, they even made a bloody Lilo & Stitch sequel.
If they start whoring out Pixar franchises like that, I'll...well, I dunno. I'll probably just find a dark corner and cry myself to sleep.

i wouldnt mind toy story 3 ( i love toy story) and i would watch monster's inc 2, but i wasnt a fan of cars so i wouldnt watch it unless i were forced to. but i dont think 3 sequels are too bad... just hoping they are as good as or better than the original. sequels should be around the same quality as the original (a littleworse isnt too bad), but if they dont make the sequel good or make sense than they're better off making new movies.

Yeah, sequels aren't a bad thing. I would want to see a sequel to the Incredibles! Or even a prequel would be pretty cool, since they put a lot of thought into the other heroes that didn't survive.viewtiful26
I don't know why, but I couldn't stand the incredibles, or Monsters inc for that matter. Loved everything else, but both of those just did not entertain me. I would choose Toy Story 3 over monsters inc 2 any day.
