Depending how you interpret student loans as better or worse.

Its gets better. If you can spin 80 thousand dollars in debt in a positive way then yea. But college is fun, the debt isn't

Well I loved high school. College was just as good. And the real world is significantly less fun.

I would say, sort of. On the one hand you have to work for a living. On the other hand you are out of high school.

Considering I don't have to deal with the filth that went to my HS, stupid classes and events, having more freedom and now feel that I'm taking classes for my career, I'd say life improved.

I do miss the simplicity and easiness of it sometimes. Overall though I do prefer life now compared to back then.

Chances are your heart will be too cold after high school to really care.

Better, you have so much more freedom in college. You can study what interests you. Also, if you work hard in high school you can get a scholarship so you don't have as much debt.

Well, I've got more freedom, but also more responsibilities. Sometimes I think it would be nice to go back to a time before I had to pay bills.

no, high school was the best time of my life. it got so much worse after, what i would do to go back in time and do it all over again. my advice to you is do everything that your first instinct tells you and dont take it so serious

It got better then worse and then infinitely better. I've made mistakes, but I've learned from then and become better for it.

Paying off huge student loans and a new car wasn't exactly fun, neither was trying to get a job during a recession and having no work experience in the field. But life did pick up some when I moved and got a job that paid a decent enough to live on and save a few hundred every month. But, unexpected things can happen :) Make you remember to enjoy yourself while making a living for yourself and possible future family. A lot of things I thought I would regret some day while I was a kid, I no longer did when I grew up. I guess I took things too seriously as a kid. Got to loosen up and enjoy your life some.

I miss High School days. Life was simple and easy back then lol. It is nice becoming independent though. Finally at 29 I will be making enough money to live comfortably.

I would say yes, because you take classes that interest you and you get away from the people you had to be in high school, etc.

The university is extremely entertaining, more so than high school to some extent but real life is a tough place. No matter how well positioned you are, there are nasty obstacles everywhere and sometimes other people are obstacles and thats the worst part if you ask me. Although my life just gets better and better 8), i thank god for that.

Better? No. Worse? Not at all. It's sort of a middle-ground I've settled myself in for now. Hopefully it will begin to look up soon.

going to college to waste time in useless classes, watch the makret crash, see unemployment rise, see my father get layed off, change majors and get royally screwed by my school, go into debt when I get out of school and live in the most lame and expensive state in the country? I'm having a complete blast :D

Muuuuuuuuuch better. Financial problems though (you will experience this if you are not a trust fund baby or got scholarships unlike me) will stress you out like nothing else. But for everything beside money, it's much more laid back and enjoyable.

I think it has gotten better. Life during HS was much easier and worry free but being an adult craps all over being a teenager.

It's about the same. I'll probably always find annoying things during my life regardless of what I'm doing (high school, college, job, etc...). I just try to enjoy the really nice parts as much as I can.

I won't lie. I've had a lot of very, very low points post-high school. But overall it has been so much better. I can research what I want now. I have one really great new friend with similar interests. No bullies anymore. I love where I'm working too. It definitely gets better. But man you have to work for it. That means doing the heavy load in high school mister! Don't you forget that!! :D
