I didnt go to mine. I wish i did though. I couldnt afford tickets (80 bucks per person) a tux or transportation, and it didnt seem worth it since the dance was 2 hours long and nobody wanted to go with me :/
what about OT?

Yeah, it was a couple weeks ago. I still have a couple of the star balloons in my backyard.
I can understand why people didn't want to go though, especially at my school. Tickets were $120 each, and then with all the extra costs....yeah. It was a great time but I wish it was cheaper.
don't know if this is just my school or across all of Canada, but we never had prom, just a formal dinner in a hall with families and stuff. We had a safe grad though, which was a monitored party in a field with all the seniors, went to that.
I did not, I went to one school dance during my entire time in high school. It sucked, so I never went to another one.
Nope, prom was a social event aimed at remembering the worst times of your life. Not to mention its a waste of $200 (ticket, tax and ride).
Exactly what we had along with the safe grad. You from Alberta or something?don't know if this is just my school or across all of Canada, but we never had prom, just a formal dinner in a hall with families and stuff.
