Yeah do you like high school? I seem to be the only one on gamespot that actually likes high school. Well socially I don't like the work. But people here seem to hate it. Weather it be the education system or the fact they think the people were jerks.
I quite enjoyed secondary school...I mean,I still talk to most of my year...well,half of them anyway...Although the final exams to get into college were horribly stressful and draining.
Looking back, yes I did like high school. The work was easy and it was a good time, compared to Uni which is a good time but the work is a lot harder. :wink:
Jock friends became too good to hang out with me, I was a middle class white guy in a generally rich school that was about 3/4ths Asian (I was an outcast, and no don't even start saying I'm racist, I couldn't get along with most of them, but I'm not a racist)
At least I had a few good friends and my teachers were ok, but wow high school was so forgettable (I'm heading into my 2nd year in college soon).
I really liked High School.. but I was a four year starter on the football team.. ran track, and well everyone loved me. It was good times. College is fun too.
School is school. Grade 10 was like the regular same old-same old for me, but last year was just flat out brutal. So much working at my job, struggling with classes, and depression. My final year is looking better though, next semester will be the best year of my life so far.
didn't like my high school simply because i didnt like the crowd. not that i got bullied - in fact, nobody wanted to touch me lol. nobody could anyway. :p i dint like it because people were immature. but in college, ahhh! everybody's great. and im having a great time :)

I was going to make the same thread. I liked high school too - socially.
secondary school was really good when i was in the final year; your the oldest of the school and you know everyone in your year, everywhere you go your saying hello to someone! good times! college also rocks balls because everyone is much more friendly and mature, although still a little imature :P

It was just rampant with immaturity and jerks. Also back then I was extremely insecure and lacking in confidence. On the whole, my teachers were pretty crappy too.

Wow, my experience was much different. I learned alot on how to interact with people from HS (and work of course). I had good teachers and I feel I learned alot academically and socially from there. Most of the kids I went to school with were nice, although there were a few bullies I was bigger than they were so they didn't bother me.
